Product Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products. All Zeyoor products come with a 1-year warranty covering:

  • Stitching issues
  • Leather durability problems

If your product encounters any of these issues, we will offer a free replacement or repair. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or replaced product to you.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Personalized products or gifts are not eligible for return or refund.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, we will replace it free of charge. For all other returns, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We do not charge any fees for exchanges or replacements. However, customers are responsible for handling the return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will:

  • Be issued to the original form of payment, including the shipping costs.
